Precautions when mixing

2 When preparing, first mix the pearlescent pigment with solvent or binder, and gently stir so as not to scratch the coating layer of the pigment and destroy the pearlescent effect. As time goes on, pearlescent pigments will be deposited and it is best to use them now.
3Because pearl powder is a kind of translucent micro-flaky pigment, it is easy to cause flying. Ingredient accidentally inhales lungs and affects health. Because pearlescent pigments have excellent dispersing power, they can be blended into the printing material with gentle stirring to avoid mechanical high-speed beating, so as not to damage the surface gloss of the pigment. 4 As far as possible, use transparent materials to avoid affecting the pearlescent effect. 5 When the pearlescent pigment is mixed with the same color or white common pigment, the pearlescent powder will lose the pearlescent effect, but when combined with the dark pigment, a strong pearlescent effect is exhibited.
